Twitter becomes our official social media partner
Twitter has been named as the Official Social Media Partner of the inaugural Arnold Clark Cup which kicks-off later this week in Middlesbrough.
As a long-time supporter of women’s football and women working in sport, Twitter is committed to an inclusive online environment where all fans are comfortable contributing to football discussion. Twitter will be using the partnership to help further promote its long-term partnerships with the Offside Rule Podcast and, another of the Arnold Clark Cup’s existing partners, Women In Football.
Tournament organisers, Pitch International, will benefit from the expertise of Twitter’s sports partnership team to help accelerate the growth of the tournament’s audience and aiding in the distribution of tournament content to fans around the world via the @ArnoldClarkCup handle.
The tournament kicks off with Germany facing Spain and England playing Canada at the Riverside Stadium on February 17th. Follow @ArnoldClarkCup on Twitter to stay up to date with all the latest news.
